The PRO 800 DFA Version is a stationary full automatic concrete block making machine. It is a double bunker model for course concrete and fine (surface by paver) concrete material. Manufactured with compact and robust mechanical, hydraulic and electrical components.
The PRO 800 DFA is equipped with automated elevator (front robot) & lowerator (back robot) equipments and designed for legged boards types which will be transported by fork lift. The additional handling system of this production line is also the cubber robot for removing dried blocks from boards and stacking it top on top ready for packing, stocking or transporting it directly to the customer.
The PRO 800 DFA is additional fully equiped with automated batching plant aggregate hopper & cement silos equipped with automated weighing systems for cement, aggregate & water components.
The PRO 800 D version has a short vibration time and can manufacture all types of hollow block, solid block, paver, kerbstone, t or slab block by changing of the mould type.
