DESIGN

Our highly qualified and expert team is responsible from the design of the mechanical part besides the electronic and the software department. They design every component in detail, make the needed changes and the privatizations, and make 3D model of the mould by using CAD/CAM program. They control the production process over the pneumatic, hydraulic and electronic automation systems. All moulds are designed by considering the design features which are defined at the engineering stage and also considering the needed technical, aesthetic, dimensional and economical sides till the last detail. At this stage, maximum care is performed for setup/disassembly easiness, machine optimization, safety, ergonomy and delivery as the sizes of the system..

FLEXIBILTY AND VARIETY

Pres Makina had been equipped with high quality machines for the production and the maintenance of the moulds from different alloy metals which had been shaped according to the features of the customers or its own design. Besides the standard moulds, many mould types which are Hardox covered or forced with nitration can be produced. These special steels which can be treated with heat have ultrahigh strength against abrasion and attrition, and in this way the best price/performance ratio is submitted to the customer.
